Shipping Policy

When will my order be sent out?

Every order is prepared and packed before it leaves us, which normally happens within one business day (Monday through Saturday). Once your parcel is on its way, delivery follows the estimated transit windows listed below.

Estimated delivery times

• United States — 7 to 20 business days
• Canada — 7 to 20 business days
• Australia — 7 to 20 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe — 7 to 20 business days
• New Zealand — 7 to 20 business days
• Everywhere else — 7 to 21 business days

Tracking your order

As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, we'll email you a tracking number. Please note that it can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours for the tracking details to start updating. After that, you can follow your shipment's journey at any time using that number.

Return shipping

Whenever you need to send something back, just ask us by email and we'll provide the return details. In most situations you won't have to pay anything toward the return freight.

If your tracking hasn't refreshed for a while, this is almost always just a minor courier delay, and your order will still very likely arrive within the delivery estimates shown above.
